Stauning Douro Dreams (41%): The first is a rye whisky that takes you on a journey from the Danish West Coast to the Portuguese Douro Valley, famous for its Port wineries. Douro Dreams adds an extra fruity and spicy dimension to our Rye Whisky thanks to the bold characters of the 19 unique Portuguese Ruby and Tawny Port casks in this limited edition vatting.
Stauning Dirty Bastard (53,4%): The second whisky is a hot take on our rye whisky. The double Mexican treatment - the next level Bastard. Dirty Bastard is an extension of the Bastard, triple matured for unmatched complexity. After 3 years in American virgin oak, it journeys through Mexican mezcal casks, culminating in Mexican Hot Chocolate Imperial Stout casks from the highly recognized Danish beer brand, “To Øl”.
Stauning Rye - Maple Syrup Cask Finish (46,3%): The third is our classic rye whisky finished with finesse in maple syrup casks from Vermont. This experimental cask maturation imparts a delicate mix of spiciness and sweetness, resulting in a whisky that’s enchanting and delightful.
